Responsibilities and Achievements:
-Establish the sourcing team in over 30 people and managing daily operation for Northern China sites (including Beijing, Tianjin, LangFang, TaiYuan).-Support all the Foxconn mobile manufacturing divisions’sourcing in Northern China – northface jackets, identify and qualify the right suppliers.-Be a key team player in the assigned strategic sourcing function, like setting up new program sourcing team in different BU, setting up the vender inventory hub, suppliers acquisition or joint-venture partnership.-Provide continuous support to our factories in Northern China, particularly in sourcing (supplier base information sharing and offer internal training about global sourcing process) and supply chian management..-Project Management – in term or price and contract terms negotiation, active sourcing, quality management, supplier performance monitoring etc.-Implement strategic procurement plans with existing/new suppliers to ensure continuous improvements..-Work closely with Product Managers & ESI team to identify their needs and requirements in term of products, parts and components.-Focus on developing close relationship with the key suppliers.
