Responsibility:- Work with WebSphere architecture, developers, L2 support, testing team and the other test strategists to deliver the WebSphere SVT.
- WebSphere Application Server test automation scripts development and automation testing based on STAF/STAX
- WebSphere Customer support and new release promotion.Achievements:- As WAS performance monitoring strategist, designed and maintained an efficient performance monitoring strategy, test plan and testcases/scenarios for four releases of WAS(v6.0, v6.0.1, v6.0.2, v6.1). Completed the combination of PMI, TPV, Performance advisors, PerfServlet and Request Metrics, which enhanced the WAS monitoring tool, and built customer information into WebSphere testing to improve the consumability based on APAR analysis, L2 input etc.
- Supported WAS v5.1.1 Base/ND, WBI automation scripts development and testing, initiated and led the development of IDE tool for STAF/STAX
- Led SVT/GVT for HP JDK1.4.2 upgrade of WAS, designed/developed memory leak application for WAS testing.
