Responsibilities and Achievements:
Sales Support---Track and update sales’ pipeline, backlog each week; Help sales managers monitor the gap between actual order and quota then push sales and relative segments to meet target.

Prepare relative data analysis in order to help HR make decision on FY08 H/C increase-decrease;
L&D Canadian Manager Assistant---Facilitate TSG external and internal trainings;
Facilitate key account industries with SU and essential customers;
Enhance nomination process to accelerate manager to nominate appropriate candidates to attend relative trainings;ralph lauren polo shirts
Monitor trainings enrollment status; Provide attendance rate reports;
Track education funding expenditure report by team each month; Help Leadership team balance funding allocation;
Design L&D Newsletter for leadership team in bilingual;
