Responsibilities and Achievements:
Work as Department Store Channel Unit manager. Manage and develop above 50 OLAY counters' business of West Shandong, including Ji'nan, Zi'bo, Dongying, Linyi, Ji'ning, Dezhou and Liaocheng, etc. Lead 120 Olay BC and four big regional distributors to develop Olay business.
