Developing EHS procedures, including 10 life critical procedures (hot work, confined space entry, Hazardous Process Material turn on, Isolating gas detector, height altitude operation, Fire protection system interruption, Fire alarm detector isolation, Special equipment operation, lock out/tag out, Liquid chemical and hazardous gas transfer), chemical storage and separation, PPEs management, fire protection equipment management and maintain, management of change, HSE inspection and audit, HSE training and announcement, HSE job responsibilities, HSE incident / accident / injury / property damage reporting / investigation / recording procedure, emergency response plan and drill; risk evaluation and management.
? Established and implemented the Emergency Response Plan, including Fire disaster, toxic gas leak, earthquake, energy interruption, personal injury and so on.spyder jackets

? Setup/maintain/ implement ISO&OHSAS system.? Supervise and implement industry hygiene policy and management procedure on site;
? Audit and inspect the related vendor’s EHS issues and provide corrective action suggestion.
? Evaluating and established the Business Continuity Plan and Recover Plan after disaster. In addition, holding the table drill for Business Continuity Plan termly.
? Holding HSE training course to vendor as well as holding HSE training for employees periodic.
? Supervise the fire protection system maintain and inspection in order to keeping the fire protection system in excellent status.
? New fire protection system’s plan, installation and acceptance, including wet system\ CO2 suppression system\ water spray system\ fire alarm system\ de-smoke system.
